Yesterday a few of my friends and I went down to the fabric market off Er Sha Island to do see what they had. It was beautiful. They had the greatest fabrics and you can get anything made. DPH has a beautiful dress that I want to have made for me in a different color. I also want to draw something out to have made for me. It really opened my eyes to what the world could really be like.
I've been out three really fun nights in a row. Sunday night was just ridiculous. Keeping with tradition, I had dinner at Cow and Bridge. After that, a few hours at Elephant and Castle where the hot Stepper was out in full force. He had us rolling. Then, we stopped off a Cave Bar where we played the drinking game "never have I ever". I've never played it as a drinking game. The only time I really remember playing that game was when we sat in a circle and if you had done it, you had to move over one chair. What that turned into was that you were stacked about four people high in someone's lap. I digress. We got in around four Sunday night and then DPH and I stayed up for another hour in my flat shooting the breeze.
I still haven't gotten a computer yet because of the lack of funds. It's making me very angry. But the good news is that the Americans in my building got the internet so I can go and use their computers pretty much whenever I want. And I do. I called my Daddy last night from DPH's. He got a new suit (the one we're going to bury him in) and it cost like $701. I have never ever known my father to spend that much on clothes. Que sera, sera.
